Returns:

Since each item is handmade, and a lot are one of a kind pieces, I cannot accept returns at this time. should your earrings arrive damaged, I will gladly replace them with a pair of equal value or issue a refund pending evaluation. Picture proof will be required. all items are sent out in boxes so this should never happen, but we all know accidents do happen at times.

If a freak accident occurs within the first week of receiving your purchase (a freak accident would be random breaking with hardly touching. this happens RARELY but sometimes there are weak spots in the clay) please tell me so I can assess how to help you.

If you drop & break, or lose your earring I will not be able to issue a refund or future discount. clay is durable.. but should still be treated as gently as possible.

All of my earrings are hand made, from scratch, and with that being said there might be slight imperfections, and slight differing in patterns. I will never send out anything I wouldn’t wear myself. I do believe buying handmade means you are aware there might be slight imperfections, but thats the beauty of it.

Shipping:

All items will be shipped through USPS. Once an order is out of my hands it is out of my control. I know things can be lost during transport and I will do my best to help you if this happens. but you must contact usps directly if this does occur.

If you enter your address incorrectly I am not responsible for it being lost in shipping, and I will be unable to issue a refund. Once again once it leaves my house it is out of my hands. if for some reason it gets sent back to me, I will happily send it to the correct address. If you think you entered incorrect information feel free to contact me to clarify.

Pre-made items will be sent out within 3-5 business days, once payment is confirmed. All made to order products will have a 2 week turnaround time.
